"I don’t mind doing the surveys..."
I don’t mind doing the surveys when they actually match me, which is apparently a bit of a miracle on its own. The problem is redeeming the rewards takes way longer than it really should. I cashed out thinking it would be fairly quick, but nope, just had to sit there and wait.

To be fair, it did show up eventually, so I guess that’s something. It just kind of takes the excitement out of earning anything when the reward crawls in at its own sweet pace. Would be nice if they could speed it up a little, you know, since that’s kind of the whole point.

"Verification went through, but I noticed the wait"
I did get verified in the end, so everything worked fine. It just took a little longer than I expected, and I kept checking the status bar like every few minutes. Not a huge issue, but the waiting part was definitely noticeable.

"The time estimates aren’t even close"
It said the survey would take 10 minutes, but I was still clicking through questions around the 30-minute mark. I even noticed the little progress bar barely moving after like 15 minutes, which made it more annoying. If it’s going to take half an hour, just say that upfront

"Pretty easy to get through, honestly"
I’d give it 4 stars because the terms on lifepointspanel.com were actually easy to understand. Like, I was able to find the stuff about points and rewards without digging around forever, and the account rules seemed clear enough too. Some sections did feel a little long, though, and I kind of wish they were broken down more simply. But overall, it wasn’t one of those sites where you read three lines and already feel lost. You just need a bit of patience, really. Better than I expected

"Pretty good at sending surveys that fit me"
I’ve been using lifepointspanel.com for a little while now, and my take is that the survey invites are usually relevant to my profile. I don’t feel like I’m constantly getting random surveys that clearly have nothing to do with me, which I appreciate.

That said, I do still run into the occasional one where I answer a few questions and then get screened out. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but it can be frustrating when I thought the invite meant I was a good match.

Overall, I’d say the matching is better than a lot of other survey sites I’ve tried. In my opinion, it’s close to being excellent, but I’d give it 5 stars only if the screening was a bit more accurate.

"I can log in sometimes, but other..."
I can log in sometimes, but other times it just won’t let me in for no clear reason. It’s frustrating when I need to use it and can’t get past the login screen. Overall, I’d say it’s unreliable for me right now.

"Support left me more confused"
I reached out to support twice, and both times it felt like I just got the same copy-paste response back. I’m confused because they didn’t really address the issue, and the problem still isn’t fixed

"Great when it’s not glitching"
I actually enjoy doing the surveys. It’s an easy way to pass some time, but the site can be glitchy. Sometimes pages freeze, or I’ll get kicked out right near the end, which is frustrating. Support has been okay when I’ve needed help, but I really wish the technical side was a bit more stable.

"Payouts have been reliable for me"
I’ve used LifePoints for a while now and have cashed out a few different times. In my experience, the payments have always come through without any issues, which is the main thing I care about. I do get screened out of surveys sometimes, but when it comes to actually getting paid, it’s been dependable for me. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Good panel, Screenout points help"
I’ve been using LifePoints for a bit now and it’s been mostly okay. not amazing or anything, but solid for doing surveys here and there.

One thing I do like is that they still give you a few points if you get screened out. It’s not a lot, but it feels better than getting kicked out after answering questions and getting Nothing, which happens on some other sites.

Some surveys do close after just a few questions, and yeah that gets annoying. My payout took a couple days, which was fine. overall I’d say 4 stars, decent panel but not Perfect...

"Not as steady as I expected"
It’s decent overall, but I thought there would be surveys available more consistently. Some days I’ll see a few pop up, and other days there’s nothing at all or I get screened out after starting. It’s fine if you don’t expect it to be reliable every day, but it was a bit more hit or miss than I hoped...

"Points were actually worth using"
I redeemed my points last week and, the value was fair. I’m usually careful with survey sites and don’t put too much time or personal info into anything unless it feels worth it, but this one worked out fine for quick surveys here and there

They do a good job of explaining things, and I usually know what’s happening with my points without having to guess. There have been maybe a couple times I wished for a little more detail, but overall the communication has been clear and easy to follow.

"Not worth the time for me"
I tried using lifepointspanel.com for a while, but it got frustrating fast. There were just too many steps to get through before even knowing if I qualified, and then after answering a bunch of questions, I’d still get kicked out of surveys. It started to feel like I was doing all that clicking around for nothing.
The points also build up really slowly, so the whole thing didn’t feel worth the effort to me. Maybe some people have better luck with it, but my experience was mostly annoying, and I don’t see myself using it again...

"Didn’t really feel legit to me"
I signed up and tried doing a few surveys, but quickly things started feeling off. I kept getting sent through random redirects, and it wasn’t clear what I was actually earning or if there were any real rewards at the end. After a while, it just didn’t feel trustworthy to me. Personally, I wouldn’t spend my time on it again...

"My account was suddenly suspended"
From what I remember, I was using the site normally and completing surveys without any issues, then one day my account was just suspended out of nowhere. I still don’t really know what triggered it. Support did eventually get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. When the site is working, it’s not bad, but this whole experience was frustrating.

"Closed my membership without too much drama"
I asked LifePoints to close my account and, it went smoother than I expected. It did take a bit longer than I thought it would, and I had to sit around waiting for an email reply, which always makes me wonder what’s going on behind the curtain. But in the end, they did close it and sent me confirmation, so no weird runaround or suspicious back-and-forth. Would’ve been nice if they responded faster, but overall it was fine.

How can I effectively reach out to them to file a complaint? I recently dedicated an hour and a half to a survey, which I successfully completed, but did not receive any points.

“You have the option to send them a message or engage in a chat with an agent directly on the site. I've encountered a few issues in the past, and they have consistently resolved them for me. To reach out to them, simply go to the help center located at the top of the page, click on "about us," and you'll find the option to send them a note or initiate a chat.”

My account was unexpectedly labeled as inactive. Despite sending 8 emails, I have not received any response from them. When I called their 800 number, I discovered that you can only proceed if you have an extension. Pressing 0 for the operator informs you that no one is currently available. How can I successfully reach them and have my account reactivated? I have accumulated over 8000 points to redeem.

“I'm not completely certain if you can actually get them to respond. Many people have tried every possible way to reach out to them, but unfortunately, they haven't had any success. Personally, I have also given up on trying to communicate with them. What they do is collect all the responses from surveys and make a significant amount of money from it. However, they tend to remove the individuals who filled out the surveys before they have the opportunity to receive their share of the earnings. This appears to be a recurring issue with them.”

My account (janezhuravski@gmail.com) was unexpectedly deactivated. How can I reactivate it or, at the very least, redeem the points I have accumulated?

“That actually happened to me once. I simply continued sending them emails, and eventually they decided to reopen my account. Surprisingly, all of my points were still intact.”

“First, Jane, I strongly advise against posting your email address on a public forum like this. Unless you enjoy receiving a large amount of spam, it's best to avoid it. To address your question, you can visit mypoints.com and locate the help button in the lower right corner of the website. You can submit your question there (and include your email address as only they will have access to it). They typically respond within a few days. If you don't receive a response, I recommend trying again. I can mention that they recently made some changes to their website, which caused some difficulties for me when trying to access it. However, these issues are often temporary. It's worth reaching out to them for assistance. Best of luck.”
